Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and return the products.

Conditions:

• The goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• The goods must be returned in their unopened original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 15–30 business days.
