Orders
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase.
A purchase agreement is concluded once you receive an order confirmation from us via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without providing a reason.
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT).
Any additional shipping costs will be displayed separately during the checkout process.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered in our online store.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery times stated on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
